Today, Justin is known for creating one-of-a-kind epoxy floors, resin countertops, wall murals, and artistic installations across the United States. His work has been featured in commercial spaces, residential properties, training facilities, and even the Museum of Ice Cream in Miami. But long before epoxy entered the picture, his passion for art began in a much different environment.
Where It All Started: Graffiti and Self-Expression
Like many artists, Justin’s creative journey started at a young age.
Around the age of 12 or 13, he discovered graffiti. What attracted him wasn’t necessarily the rebellious nature often associated with it. It was the freedom.

Graffiti gave him a canvas without limits. It allowed him to experiment with color, movement, perspective, and style in ways that traditional art forms couldn't.
Of course, like many young graffiti artists, there were a few alleged run-ins with the law along the way—allegedly, of course.
But Justin explains that he and his crew were never interested in causing damage or creating problems. They viewed graffiti as art and wanted their work to be seen and appreciated. They often focused on locations where their artwork could exist without interfering with businesses, property owners, or public spaces.
What Justin didn't realize at the time was that those early years would eventually shape his entire professional career.
The creativity, confidence, and artistic instincts he developed through graffiti would later become the foundation for some of the most unique epoxy projects in the industry.
Discovering Epoxy's Creative Potential
When Chris first met Justin in 2016, the epoxy industry looked very different than it does today.
At the time, most decorative epoxy projects consisted of solid colors, simple metallic designs, or small resin art pieces. Beach-themed epoxy art was becoming popular, but most artists were creating small sample boards, charcuterie boards, and tabletop projects.
Very few people were applying artistic resin concepts to large-scale surfaces.
That's where Justin saw an opportunity.
Instead of limiting resin art to small canvases, he wondered:
"What if these designs could be applied to entire floors? What about countertops? What about walls?"

The idea seemed ambitious at the time, but Justin decided to give it a shot. And like many success stories, the first attempt wasn't perfect.
One of his earliest beach-themed epoxy floor projects was completed at the XPS Xpress location in Tampa, Florida. After finishing the floor, Justin wasn't impressed with the outcome.
Many people would have accepted the result and moved on. Justin did the opposite. He went back to the drawing board. He spent countless hours practicing on sample boards, refining techniques, testing materials, and experimenting with different methods until he could consistently create the look he envisioned.
That willingness to fail, learn, and improve became one of the defining characteristics of his career.
Going Full Throttle
Although Justin had been involved with decorative surfaces and artistic projects for years, he officially entered the flooring industry in 2019.
By 2020, he was all in.
What started as an experiment quickly evolved into a full-time career.

As demand for creative epoxy installations increased, Justin became known for tackling projects that most contractors wouldn't even attempt.
His ability to combine artistic vision with technical installation skills helped him stand out in an increasingly competitive industry.
Today, Justin performs contracting work for National Concrete Polishing and serves as one of Chris's go-to artists whenever a new XPS location opens.
When Xtreme Polishing Systems launches a new showroom, training facility, or retail location, Justin is often the person responsible for transforming the space into a visual showcase.
His floors, countertops, and wall murals help demonstrate what's possible when creativity meets high-performance coating systems.
Transforming Spaces Across America
Over the years, Justin has left his artistic fingerprint on projects throughout the country.
His work can be found in XPS Xpress locations and commercial facilities across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, New Jersey, Utah, and many other states.
One project that stands out is his installation at the Museum of Ice Cream in Miami.
The concept was anything but ordinary.

Justin created a pink beach-themed epoxy floor enhanced with glitter effects that perfectly matched the playful, immersive atmosphere of the museum.
The project demonstrated how epoxy flooring can become much more than a protective surface—it can become part of the overall experience.
His success with projects like this also led Chris to commission Justin to create custom wall murals throughout multiple XPS facilities, including locations in Las Vegas and the company's newest training centers.
The Most Challenging Project of His Career
Every experienced contractor has one project that tests their patience, skill, and determination. For Justin, that project was located in downtown Miami. An old DoubleTree by Hilton building was being converted into residential condominiums.
The new owners wanted a highly artistic epoxy design featuring multiple colors, geometric shapes, and custom visual elements. There was only one problem. The building was a mess.
The floor still contained old tile surfaces. Pipes were exposed throughout the area. Previous flooding had damaged walls and structural components. Significant repairs were needed before any decorative work could begin.
Justin initially evaluated the project, then had to wait.
Six months later, he returned after repairs were completed and used cement-based materials to level the existing tile surfaces. Then he waited again. Another six months passed before the foundation had stabilized enough for decorative coatings.
By the time Justin could finally begin the artistic portion of the project, nearly a year had gone by. Then things got even harder. During the installation process, Justin experimented with a topcoat system he wasn't familiar with.
The result? Failure. The topcoat had to be completely removed. Approximately 1,500 square feet of material required hand grinding before the floor could be rebuilt and refinished.
The process was physically exhausting and incredibly time-consuming. Yet despite every obstacle, the final result became one of Justin's favorite projects of all time.

In fact, the floor remains pinned on his social media because it represents both his greatest challenge and one of his greatest accomplishments.
Pushing Artistic Boundaries
One of Justin's most exciting recent projects was completed at the XPS Xpress Sarasota location. Unlike many planned installations, this floor began as a creative experiment.
Using products that happened to be sitting on store shelves, Justin combined resin, decorative cement effects, metallic pigments, and imagination to create something entirely unique.

The result resembled molten lava flowing through volcanic rock. The floor featured realistic three-dimensional depth, dramatic movement, and glowing effects created using XPS Radiant Pigments.
Even experienced contractors who saw the project were amazed. The floor demonstrated what's possible when technical knowledge is combined with artistic freedom.
The Yankees Floor: A Never-Before-Done-Before Project
Perhaps Justin's most ambitious project to date is a garage floor currently being completed in Brooklyn, New York.
The homeowner wanted something truly unique.
Not just a decorative floor. A piece of history.
The project recreates the Yankees baseball field while incorporating authentic memorabilia from Yankee Stadium.
Real first, second, third, and home plates are embedded beneath the surface. Genuine stadium dirt has been preserved within the design. Even realistic player footprints have been incorporated into the artwork.
What makes the project even more remarkable is the amount of material involved.
A typical 500-square-foot metallic floor might require approximately nine kits of product.
This project required roughly 300 kits and nearly 900 gallons of resin.
Once completed with Rockhard and T2000 protective systems, the floor will be virtually impossible to duplicate.
It represents the perfect combination of client vision, creative design, and technical expertise.
Advice for the Next Generation
When asked what advice he would give his younger self, Justin joked that he would invest in Bitcoin.
His real answer was more meaningful.
He wishes he had focused more heavily on digital marketing and documenting his work earlier in his career.
While his artistic skills helped build his reputation, he recognizes the power of social media and online content in today's business environment.
For anyone considering a career in epoxy flooring or resin art, his advice is simple:
Jump in.
Don't wait until everything is perfect.
Don't let fear of mistakes stop you.
Every mistake contains a lesson, and those lessons are often what lead to mastery.
The Future of Epoxy Is Creative
Justin has witnessed the industry's evolution firsthand.
When he first entered the business, most epoxy floors were simple, neutral colors.
