Solid Color Epoxy Floor System

Concrete Prep

Grind the concrete floor to provide a mechanical bond. Follow up by cleaning the surface beginning with vacuuming followed up with a microfiber mop with a degreaser such as acetone or xylene.

Base Coat

Mix base pigment into the Part A of your epoxy or polyaspartic, then mix your Part A and B together for 3 minutes. Apply the base coat to the prepped concrete surface in ribbons, spread with a trowel followed by back-rolling with a roller.

Topcoat

Polyaspartic
Once base coat is dry, mix Part A and Part B for 2 min of our polyaspartic coating. Apply polyaspartic in ribbons followed spreading with a trowel then back-rolling with a roller to evenly spread the material.

T200
Once base coat is dry, apply T200 using either the ribbon method or the spray method. Watch how to Here
